We are so pleased that you are considering hosting your party
at Ms. B’s Authentic Creole Restaurant. This private
event dining guide and menus have been designed in order to
assist you in planning your special occasion and ensure your
event will be a memorable one.
We request that you plan one set menu for parties of more
than 15 guests. If your party includes 15 or fewer guests,
you may order directly from the Ms. B’s menu.
Ms. B’s on East Eleventh is open for lunch and dinner
seven days a week. Ms. B’s on Mesa is closed on Sundays.
Private parties are welcome to reserve the private dining
room or the entire restaurant with appropriate food and beverage
expenditures or room fee. These minimum expenditures and room
fees differ by day and time. Additionally, we are happy to
schedule events outside of normal operating hours.

Planning Guide
Menu
and Guest Guarantees
Your pre-selected menu is requested two weeks prior to your
event. Our menus offer fresh ingredients and may change due
to availability. All prices are subject to change and will
be confirmed seven days prior to your event.
We have several pre-planned menus which are available for
private events. These menus are included here in order to
help you plan your event.
We ask that you guarantee the number of guests attending
your event two working days prior to the event. This number
will be considered your guarantee for which you will be charged
(food, tax and gratuity) even if fewer guests attend.
Room Decorations
We are pleased to coordinate services to provide centerpieces
other than what is normally on our tables as well as extensive
room arrangements.
Menus
We are happy to prepare individual printed menus for your
tables with sufficient notice.
Beverages
We offer Open Bar and Cash Bar services consisting of liquor,
beer, wine or a combination of any or all of these. All alcoholic
beverages are based on consumption. Our Mesa location can
only provide beer and wine.
Specialty Desserts
We will be happy to work with you on a specialty dessert of
your choosing.
Entertainment
We will be happy to arrange musicians for your event if needed.

Monday through Saturday – 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM $400.00
Sunday (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM only) $600.00
Monday through Thursday – 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM $600.00
Monday through Thursday – 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM $1000.00
Friday and Saturday - 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM $1800.00
Restaurant Lease
charges
Lease of entire restaurant:
Monday through Thursday (after 3:00 PM only) $1800.00
Friday and Sunday (after 3:00 PM only $2500.00
Saturday $2500.00
Payment
Payment in full is expected at the completion of your party.
We accept all major credit cards. A gratuity of 18% will be
added to your final bill. Austin sales tax of 8.25% is applicable
to all tickets. If you are a tax exempt organization, please
forward your certification of tax exemption to us at least
two days prior to your event. Checks must be approved prior
to the event.
